Return Policy

We aim for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product isn't quite right, and we are committed to providing a fair and transparent return process. This policy outlines the conditions for returns, our process for handling them, and how we address any issues with your order.

General Return Policy

For most items, you have a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (your order number).

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and security reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Finished Reeds: Due to direct mouth contact, finished reeds cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
  • Digital Products: Digital sheet music, e-books, and other downloadable content are final sale as they cannot be physically returned.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on clearance or final sale cannot be returned.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return (for Eligible Items)

Step 1: Contact Us

Within 14 days of receiving your item, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 2: Ship the Item

Securely package the item in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Step 3: Inspection and Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status.

  • If Approved: A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If Rejected: If the item is not in its original, unopened condition, we will notify you. The item can be shipped back to you at your expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.

Issues with Finished Reeds

While finished reeds are non-returnable, we are dedicated to your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with a reed's performance, please contact us. We can offer:

  • Adjustment Guidance: We can offer advice on how to modify a reed to better suit your preferences, provided you have the proper tools.
  • Future Customization: We will take note of your preferences to better tailor future reed orders to your specific needs.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible) and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Policy Clarifications

Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy or show signs of fraudulent activity.

Consumer Rights: This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the law.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to amend this Return Policy at any time.
