What payment methods do you accept?

We currently support payment methods such as credit/debit cards, Stripe Link, and Apple Pay on supported devices. We reserve the right to incorporate more payment methods in the future.

What is your shipping policy?

We typically ship physical items within 3 business days (unless otherwise noted) and will notify you if there are any delays or backordered items. Most digital purchases are available immediately after purchase. If you do not receive your digital item within 1 hour, please contact us.

How can I track my order?

In case the chosen shipping method provides it, you will be sent an email containing a tracking number when the order ships.

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Although organic materials and digital items are not refundable or replaceable, we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do not offer international shipping at this moment. Only shipments to PR and the United States will be fulfilled.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking the profile icon on the top right part of the website and then clicking the create account link.

What should I do if I forget my password?

If you are logged in, you can change your password by going to your profile dashboard and clicking on Account Details, where you'll find the change password button at the bottom of the options. If you are logged out, visit the sign-in page and click on the "forgot my password" link, then follow the instructions to change your password.

Are my personal details secure?

Your information is private and never sold to third parties. We use a secure database and use modern technology such as HTTPS, TLS and other encription methods to protect your data. You can pay with peace of mind as the payments are handled by Stripe, a third party payment processor, trusted by many big companies.

How can I contact customer support?

You can contact us on our contact page where you will find more information in how to reach us. We will be happy to answer any question you may have and fix any issues.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

In the rare occasions where the item you purchase is not available and a backorder occurs, we will let you know immediately what the options are and the timeline for the backordered item to be delivered. In case you do not agree with the options given, a refund will be issued for the price and taxes of the backordered item.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?

If an order is being fulfilled or has already been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you create an order by mistake, please contact us as soon as the order confirmation page appears. However, please note that this does not guarantee the modification or cancellation of the order.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?

We currently do not provide this service, but you can contact us and we may do an exception.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

You may enter a valid coupon code during checkout to receive your discount or free shipping. Apply the code in the coupon field on the cart page before completing your purchase.
